Where do the Ancestors live?

I've been thinking a little more about the home of the ancestors. I realised you guys might like to see what I think it looks like. Trust me when I say I am no good with computers and graphic design is way down the list of potential career options.

Laugh if you want, I am, but the picture shows a rough representation of where the ancestors split the world.

Most of the land is covered with trees which makes the red desert stand out. That is a dangerous place. The sacred watch have a small village on the edge of the desert while the other inhabitants live in their own areas.

I hope the world I am creating will be a peaceful and loving one, but there is always the possibility that everything will go wrong. Will people welcome the magical world?
